Little sister of the La Clusaz Yoga Festival which takes place every summer, Good Vibes Week gives you the opportunity to enjoy life at its simplest and take time for yourself, in an inspiring natural environment.
March 17 to 19
SUNDAY, MARCH 17
108 salutations to the sun / Elodie Lantelme

Open with 108 sun salutations… If you’ve ever been through this symbolic practice, you know how transformative it can be. If not, you’ll find out. At Tapas, listening to yourself and others is less about numbers, performance and counting, and more about self-exploration and curiosity, so that each of you can experience the festival we’re so keen to offer you, at your own pace and in complete freedom.
MONDAY MARCH 18
Mindfulness meditation and sound bath / Marie Chaumat

The sacred at the heart of our lives. The purpose of this circle is to cultivate the spark of life that guides us in the embodiment of our inner wisdom.
During this circle, we’ll practice meditation followed by a sound bath.
A time for self-observation and welcoming what is present.
Vinyasa / Amélie Decoux

Vinyasa is a delicious blend of yin and yang. Yin postures open the body in the first phase of practice, then the dynamism of vinyasa allows you to experience the postures in depth. Through yin, the preparatory postures are deposited so that, in yang, the postures are engaged and synchronized with the breath. Let yourself be carried away by this relaxing and intense practice, where laughter and smiles are the order of the day.
Practice open to all levels.
Not recommended for pregnant women.
Gaps & flexibility workshop: towards the hanuman posture / Amélie Decoux

In this workshop, through a flow built around opening and mobility postures, specific anatomical time and targeted exercises, you’ll learn to progress, conquer and/or anchor hanumanasana, commonly known as the big gap, and its variants.

TUESDAY, MARCH 19
Ashtanga yoga / Salomé Roche

A powerful class through a series of precise postures linked together in a certain order. As the actual series is difficult to master, we’ll look at the many possible adaptations to make this yoga more accessible. Ashtanga Yoga has the great advantage of empowering the practitioner: by repeating the same series over and over again, the student knows the postures down to the last detail, and can practice freely and confidently with or without a teacher. “It’s a demanding class, but one that remains open to anyone wishing to move towards a more codified and rigorous practice.
Blindfold practice and sound relaxation / Nathalie Luce

Blindfold yoga practice invites you to slow down, to feel the postures, your breath and your body differently.
Your mind becomes clearer. Different techniques will be used to guide you towards a state of meditation. The session concludes with a sound bath for total surrender and rejuvenation.
Yin Yang Fusion / Nathalie Luce

A complementary practice that stimulates different layers of the body to get the energy flowing at the end of winter.
The more dynamic yang side will be counterbalanced by the more static and meditative yin postures.

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 20
Dragon Dance. Earth & Sky / Carolina Comte

Through this practice inspired by Qigong, fused with dynamic yoga practices, we explore yang polarity, the circulation of energy, the challenge of balance and meditation in movement. This dance also allows us to enter into communion with the group by combining attention and breathing.
Accessible to all.
Vinyasa flow with pranayama technique / Carolina Comte

A dynamic, flowing practice based on the synchrony of breath and movement, featuring several breathing techniques (pranayamas) for a calming, letting-go result thanks to its benefits on the autonomic nervous system. Open to all.
À cœur vaillant / Élodie Lantelme

On the hand, valiant, open… A central place of emotions and alignment, both physical and symbolic, the heart has its own powerful reasons that the reason of yoga does not ignore. With the help of mudras, asanas and mantras, in a complete practice that revives the etymology of the heart as the seat of courage, we’ll explore this space and allow it to unfold its riches.
Equinox dance / Toni De Sa Domingues

Work on anchoring oneself, letting go and leaving an imprint of oneself, but also of one’s place within the group. Successfully expressing yourself through gesture and movement, and stretching this silk thread/self to be welcomed and welcomed in turn. We’ll let you dance, explore and make you dance, to free your own dance in solo or duo, and enter into a dialogue through co-creation: “And what if I affirmed myself by simply being myself through movement, to compose a common language together?
THURSDAY, MARCH 21
Body Awakening / Toni De Sa Domingues

A gentle introduction to unclenching joints and finding amplitude in the various bony boxes: pelvis, ribcage and head. Guided towards a poetic space, you’ll explore support on an evolving support, create your own bubble as a vital space for unfolding your dance and experiment with it in the encounter with other bubbles, thanks in particular to rhythmic walks to refine your listening skills, assert yourself and gain confidence.
Dynamic Hatha Yoga and Sound Bath / Domenica Collombié
2.30pm – 4pm / Salle des fêtes / €18
This class is designed to introduce or refine a yoga practice. We’ll take the time to adapt the postures to the body, and explore variations to find the right rhythm for each individual. The 60-minute asana practice will be followed by a half-hour sound bath with Tibetan bowls and shamanic drumming to bring deep relaxation and establish a powerful reconnection with oneself.
Vinyasa Yoga and Bath (Experienced level) / Domenica Collombié
5.30pm – 7pm / Salle des fêtes / €18
This class is designed to advance and flourish an already stabilized yoga practice. At a more advanced pace, we’ll link powerful postures that encourage exploration in all safety and kindness. A 60-minute asana practice will be followed by a half-hour sound bath with Tibetan bowls and shamanic drumming to conclude with deep relaxation and a powerful reconnection with the self.
FRIDAY MARCH 22

All the answers to your questions lie within yourself. Since most of our problems are of a spiritual nature, the remedy can be neither physical nor mental. You are the remedy.
Benoit’s teaching blends yoga practice and philosophy. With him, you’ll discover that yoga postures are there to understand and experience your true nature and inner silence. He likes to make things simple and accessible to everyone, and enjoys teaching both beginners and advanced practitioners.
