Reserved parking spaces for people with reduced mobility are available near the La Clusaz Tourist Office. Several spaces are located below the church, approximately 50 metres from the Tourist Office entrance. Two additional spaces are situated behind the Municipal Police building, and one space is available in front of Le Bistro restaurant.
The main entrance to the Tourist Office is at ground level and equipped with automatic doors measuring 1.60 m in width, providing easy access for wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility.
The outdoor pathway leading to the entrance is free from major obstacles, ensuring smooth and convenient access.
The reception area is fully accessible at ground level. The reception counter is 1.15 m high; however, a member of staff can come around to the front of the counter to provide personalised assistance and an adapted welcome for wheelchair users or visitors with specific needs.
Tourist information and documentation are available at the reception desk. Reception staff are available to assist visitors and provide any information required. Visitors are encouraged to ask one of our travel advisors for assistance or support whenever needed.
Personalised assistance can be provided upon request to help visitors plan and enjoy their stay under the best possible conditions.
Please note that the reservation centre is not accessible to people with reduced mobility due to the presence of stairs, which prevent suitable access.

The Tourist Office is committed to providing an appropriate welcome for visitors with mental, psychological, or hearing disabilities. Written information and documents are available to facilitate access to services and information. When necessary, staff can prioritise written communication in order to better meet individual needs.
The team is trained and aware of these situations and strives to provide a welcoming, supportive, and understanding service tailored to each visitor.
