Les Galopins rents donkeys, ponies and llamas on the magnificent Confins plateau in La Clusaz. Walk independently on the marked trails, with family or friends from 15 minutes to several days

From 01/06 to 03/07/2026 on Wednesday and weekends between 9.30 am and 5.30 pm.

From 04/07 to 30/08/2026 daily between 9 am and 6 pm.

From 31/08 to 16/10/2026 on Wednesday and weekends between 9.30 am and 5.30 pm.

From 17/10 to 01/11/2026 daily between 10 am and 5.30 pm.

In an exceptional landscape, in the heart of the Aravis massif, the Plateau des Confins offers numerous hiking possibilities. Come and discover this not-to-be-missed site with a donkey or pony, a wonderful walking companion who will carry the little ones or your hiking bags and motivate the older ones. Whether you're a family, a budding hiker or an experienced walker, we offer a range of itineraries through this authentic natural heritage.

Two tried-and-tested formulas:

- Discovery walk :
Accompany your child on a pony or donkey ride over an easy 15-minute walk. Children aged 2 and over and weighing up to 40 kg can ride the animal, which is guided by the parents.
(With or without reservation).

New features:
* It is possible to be accompanied by an instructor on request.
* Pony or donkey initiation sessions on request: brushing, saddling and rides supervised by an instructor.
* We welcome groups of children (birthday parties, camps, schools, leisure centers, etc.).

Cancelled in case of bad weather
