Le Bélier Blanc

On January 9 and 10, 2026, La Clusaz will once again light up with headlamps for two evenings of sport and good cheer in the heart of the Aravis range. This year, the program is evolving!

New for Friday: A 10 km Trail to warm up before the weekend.

Ultimate Challenge: The Super Bélier, presented by Caisse d’Epargne Rhône-Alpes—a test of endurance combining the 10 km trail on Friday and the 14 km trail on Saturday

Friday, January 9, 2026

7:15 PM – La Trace Étoilée (Ski Mountaineering) – 3 km / 456 m elevation gain A nighttime hike filled with good vibes, perfect for friends or family, to (re)discover La Clusaz under the stars.

7:45 PM – The 10 km Trail (New for 2026!) – 560 m elevation gain A highly athletic course featuring an initial 450 m climb, followed by a downhill and rolling terrain.

8:15 PM – La Trace Poursuite (Ski Mountaineering) – 2.1 km / 456 m elevation gain The timed format of the Bélier Blanc: fast, explosive, and fun!

Saturday, January 10, 2026

7:30 PM – The 14 km Trail – 480 m elevation gain / 530 m elevation loss A magical 14 km route through snow, stars, and panoramic views of the Aravis. Lac des Confins has never looked so beautiful at night!

7:45 PM – The 8 km Trail – 310 m elevation gain / 360 m elevation loss The perfect format to dive into the magic of the Bélier Blanc, blending snowy sensations and headlamp ambiance.

7:55 PM – Snowshoe Hike – 6 km – 250 m elevation gain / 300 m elevation loss Strap on your snowshoes and look up: a magical, accessible nighttime hike awaits you in La Clusaz!
