During the summer, Mona or Lola will guide you through the tour, revealing the legendary origins of this cheese, born in the Middle Ages in the Aravis mountain pastures. Explore the production process, from milking the cows to aging in the cellar, and hear the stories of skiing and the evolution of La Clusaz.
During your visit, you will discover the rich cultural and heritage heritage of the region through several fascinating exhibits:
