The pitch

Since 1987, this spectacular and completely crazy event has brought together 150 participants and several thousand spectators in the sumptuous setting of the Confins. The objective is to cross the Lac des Confins.

If you haven't heard of us, you're missing out! So there's no way this edition can go on without you. Weather permitting, come and admire this superb and original Waterslide competition (it's even said to be the biggest in the world!), which attracts people from all over France.

The aim is to slide, on skis, monoski, snowboard... as far as possible along the Lac des Confins, gaining momentum on a steep, snow-covered slope.
Here, they don't do things by halves: the day before, they'll host the before party for the Défi Foly, a wild evening under the mythical Confins big top!
And on D-day for the official race, as well as the OGNI challenge (unidentified sliding objects) and the closing party... Intriguing, isn't it? You have to come and see to believe us.
And as they put it so well, they're "not cold in the eyes, but everywhere else".
