Voor een sportieve vrouw als zij was het runnen van een sushirestaurant in de bergen een geweldige nieuwe uitdaging!<\/p>\n<p>Dankzij haar vastberadenheid en de hulp van de oprichters van Sushi Fumi, die haar hebben opgeleid, heeft ze alles geleerd. Tijdens de Covid-periode, toen een nieuwe Sushi Fumi werd geopend in Th\u00f4nes, nam zij het &#8216;kindje&#8217; van La Clusaz over.
