During Covid, while a new Sushi Fumi was opening in Th\u00f4nes, she took over the &#8216;baby&#8217; in La Clusaz. Then transfer it to a strainer to remove the milky water. Repeat this process 3 times!<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #00e2b4;\">Cooking the Rice:<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\nPut the water and rice in a saucepan or rice cooker.<br \/>\nCover and heat on medium until boiling.<br \/>\nAfter boiling, cook for 5 minutes, then continue cooking on very low heat for 10 minutes.<br \/>\nRemove from heat, let it sit for 10 minutes with the lid on, and then transfer the rice to a large mixing bowl.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #00e2b4;\"><strong>Seasoning the Rice:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nHeat the vinegar with the sugar and salt.<br \/>\nCook without boiling until the sugar is completely dissolved, then let it cool.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #00e2b4;\"><strong>Mixing Everything:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nOnce the rice and vinegar are cool, mix them together in the large mixing bowl without crushing the grains, and let them sit at room temperature.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>STEP 2: PREPARING THE FILLINGS<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Cut the reblochon into slices: about 15 cm long and 1 cm wide.<br \/>\nPrepare small pieces of salad by hand.<br \/>\nBrown the bacon in the frying pan.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>STEP 3: TIME TO ASSEMBLE<\/strong><\/h3>\n"},{"acf_fc_layout":"two-col-content","contenu_gauche":{"type_de_contenu_gauche":"texte","contenu_texte_gauche":"<p><span class=\"green-under\"><strong>MAKING THE MAKI:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Place the nori sheet on the bamboo mat.
